The Eisteddfod is open to people of all ages, from beginners to experienced performers. Classes are available for individuals, groups, schools, and community organisations.
You’ll need to complete an entry form for the class/es you want to take part in.

Yes, you can enter as many classes as you like, as long as you meet the requirements for each one.
Each class is adjudicated by an independent adjudicator who provides constructive feedback. Certificates and trophies are awarded in some classes.
Absolutely! Members of the public are very welcome to attend performance classes, support participants, and enjoy the festival. Admission prices will be listed in the programme.
Different sections are held at several venues across Guernsey, including Beau Sejour and Capelles Church. Full details are included in the syllabus and programme each year.
Yes please! The Eisteddfod relies on volunteers for stewarding, ticket sales, administration, and more. Contact our Secretary Barbara Minta via the website contact form if you’d like to help.
As well as taking part or volunteering, you can support by attending events, sponsoring a class, or making a donation. Every contribution helps keep the festival alive.
